If we have your property for sale or are thinking of comig to the market:

Under the current government guidelines (June 2021) we are pleased to be able to fully market all properties just as we would have done pre-Covid. Rest assured we are still conducting all viewings and face-to-face appointments whilst observing strict social distancing and with the appropriate PPE as do we request any prospective buyers do so too.

In addition to this, we now offer two Virtual services; Virtual Valuations and Virtual Tours (both optional). This allows for flexibility, if for example you are self-isolating and need advise or prefer to limit viewings on your home. We like to accommodate each client the best we can so if you have any feelings on this matter, please make sure to speak to us directly with these wishes.

Purchasers

If you are looking to buy:

Please continue to do so, the property market is currently very busy and by registering with us as an applicant we can keep you up to date with any properties that may fit your requirements. You can do this by selecting 'get in touch' on the menu above and selecting 'register with us'. You can also do this by emailing or calling us on the contact details listed above and we will be glad to hear from you.

 

Viewings are now able to take place safely using social distancing, but we will ask you to confirm that you are not self-isolation and to bring your own face covering and sanitise your hands upon entry (in accordance with the new face covering guidelines).

LETTINGS

Landlords

If we have your property to let:

Under the current government guidelines (June 2021) we are now able to conduct viewings and face-to-face appointments once again. These will now be taking place using social distancing and with the appropriate PPE for both the agent and viewer.

 

If you have a fully managed service:

Normal services have now resumed and we are able to organise repairs and maintenance in most situations. Of course this will be conditional of the fact that your tenants are not symptomatic or self isolating but we will check this first before making any appointments. 

If you are looking to let your property:

Let's start with hello! We are absolutely welcoming any new instructions at this time, and will do so whilst following strict social distancing measures and PPE for the safety of yourself and our staff. We do offer Virtual Valuations if you would still prefer this method. Rentals are in high demand at the moment and if you are thinking about letting your property, now is the ideal time. Alternatively, we are always happy to offer general advice over the phone.

Tenants

All maintenance issues can of course be reported to us using the normal methods.
