Client Money Protection Scheme:
As a letting agent, we are responsible for protecting both tenants and landlords money in the instance we cannot repay their money, for example if we go into administration. This is done by using a Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP). Below you can view our CMP certificate.
Deposit Protection Scheme:
As a letting agent, we are responsible for registering all deposits held with a 'government-backed' tenancy deposit protection scheme (TDP). Below you can view our TDP certificate.
Data Protection:
As an organisation that processes personal data, we are required to be registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (OCI).As the UK's independent authority, the OCI was set up to uphold information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals.
