The GOV.UK have produced a guide for those applying, letting or moving out of any rental property. Click HERE to access the document. All tenants are sent updated copies upon a new tenancy and on renewal.

Tenants Schedule & Fees
The tenant fees act 2019 prohibits most upfront fees for private tenants. There are however some exemptions. Please find more information HERE.
