WE WILL:

 

 

  • Arrange at your convenience a day and time to take details of your property. 

  • Visit you at your home to take measurements, description and photos.

  • Produce first draft of particulars and carry out an internal audit.

  • Select pictures of your property to emphasise its best features

  • Finalise particulars of your property and post or hand deliver for your approval.

  • Await your approval of the property particulars & landlords agreement before we commence marketing.

 

 

 

When we are in receipt of the Landlords Agreement & Property Particulars,

 

 

WE WILL:

 

  • Match your property to our extensive database of current applicants and send out your property particulars.

 

  • Upload your property to online websites, our website,  RightmoveOntheMarket.com. Set up your property within the window display which includes our 24-hour rolling screen, we recommend a To Let board which will include our QR coding system, which in brief means that someone with a smart mobile phone can walk up to your ‘To Let board’ scan the code and receive instant access to the full property  particulars of your property. We have also implemented this technology into our advertising in Sussex Living and The Argus newspaper plus the major local supermarkets and newspaper advertising. Contact you to organise viewings and arrange a suitable time for you and any existing tenants. 

  • Accompanied Viewings

  • Contact you and provide you with viewer’s comments.

 

  • Provide ongoing marketing support

  • Offer a tenant find or full management service. 

  • Not charge any VAT on fees 

When we find a tenant,

 

WE WILL:

  • Reference the tenant, contact you with the result of the referencing

  • Organise an inventory & tenancy agreement for the property 

  • Arrange Gas Safety & Electrical Safety Certificates (if required)

  • Carry out the a Check In on the tenants moving in date

  • Write to all the Services (gas, electric, etc) informing them of the tenants moving in date and meter readings. 

  • Carry periodic checks throughout the duration of the tenancy (management service only)

  • Check out the tenant at the end of the tenancy
